Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, we will be unable to accept returns for items that have had the seal broken.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Defect, Damage or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include images of any defect, damage or wrong item received.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. To start an exchange, please send us an email at jw@jwparfum.co.uk. If there is any damage caused during transit please contact us as soon as you have received your item so that we can make a claim with the courier and the situation recitifed immediately.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your return is for one of the reasons listed above (defective, damaged or wrong item).

If you are returning items with a high value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not make it to us. Please retain proof of postage until you have received notification we have received your item or you have received your refund.
